Thank you for your previous purchase. However, if you checked out as a guest and didn't create an account with us, you won't have been enrolled in our Kindred Rewards Program. To become a part of the program and start earning points, please create an account with us here. Please note that points are only added when you create an account, and we cannot retroactively add points for past guest orders.
When you create an account with us, you'll automatically receive 250 points as a welcome reward. -

You can redeem your points once you have accumulated 1000 points. Simply log in to your Kindred account, and you can start redeeming discounts based on the points you have available.

To apply your reward points during checkout, just redeem your points via your Kindred dashboard here. You'll receive a coupon code that can be used when checking out your order.

Your Kindred points will be credited to your account once your order has been fulfilled.

Your points will not be deducted if you return your product. However, please note that orders made using gift cards or store credit will not earn additional points.

To refer your friends, log in to your Kindred dashboard. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a unique link that you can share via WhatsApp or email with your friends. Your friends should use this link you shared to make a purchase and enjoy RM15 off on orders with a minimum value of RM100. After your friend completes their purchase through your link, you will receive 500 points.

Currently, we do not provide additional points for leaving reviews. However, we do offer a one-time-use 20% discount if you leave a review on our website.
