ORDER FULFILMENT SPECIALIST, Full-time vacancy
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately receive, review, and process customer orders using our order management system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
• Gift Wrapping and Presentation: Expertly wrap gifts and decorate packages, ensuring each item is presented attractively and aligns with our brand standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team to address shortages, and assist in regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Shipping Coordination: Prepare orders for shipment, collaborate with logistics partners, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Customer Communication: Provide updates on order status, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements for reporting and analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancing efficiency in the order fulfillment process and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Shopify platform.
- Experience in e-commerce order processing is a plus
- Good communication skills
