A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is not currently in-stock but in high demand. It's the perfect way to ensure you don't miss out on popular items that tend to sell out fast. By pre-ordering, you're reserving your spot to be among the first to receive the product once it arrives.
Typically, we open pre-orders when our shipment is en route to the port. From there, it usually takes around 2-3 weeks from dispatch for your pre-order to reach you, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Each pre-order item will have its own unique dispatch date, clearly listed on the product description.
When a pre-order opens, it indicates that the shipment is already en route to the port. Pre-order products will be dispatched upon the shipment's arrival at our warehouse. This process typically takes around 2-3 weeks, though occasionally it may take longer depending on customs clearance.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the estimated delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Kays+Kins reserves the right to extend these lead times in the event of any unforeseen delays.

For orders within Malaysia, any in-stock items purchased alongside pre-order items will be shipped separately. However, for overseas orders such as those to Singapore and other countries, we are unable to split orders and ship in-stock items separately.
If you prefer to receive your in-stock items first, we kindly ask that you place your pre-order and in-stock items as separate orders.

You can cancel your pre-order by sending us a direct message or email along with your order ID. Upon cancellation, we'll provide you with a gift card equivalent to the amount paid for the pre-order. This gift card can be used to purchase other items from our store.
