- Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.
- Please note that these shipping times do not apply to customised gift orders, which will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Once your order leaves our premises, it should arrive at your location within 2-3 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder.

Returns and Refunds

- We offer returns for full-priced items within 30 days of purchase for change of mind or incorrect sizing, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, stain-free, unaltered, and with tags intact.
- Returns are eligible for store credit for the original item price, excluding shipping fees. However, customised or personalised gifts and items purchased on sale or during a promotion are not eligible for returns.
- The return delivery fee is to be borne by you, except for defective items.
- For defective items, we will provide a return shipping label upon review of your return request. Please ensure that you use a traceable mode of postage for returns, as we cannot accept returns via non-traceable mode of postage. Your return will be processed as a gift card equivalent to the purchase price within 7 business days from the time we receive it.
- Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for return or exchange orders.
- Items purchased from KAYS+ KINS retailers or stockists must be returned to the original store. We cannot accept returns on behalf of a retailer.

KAYS+KINS takes pride in offering only the highest quality products. If you find a fault with any of our items, we will do our best to replace it for you. Here's what to do if you discover a defect:

- Attach photos of the defect to your message. Please note that defective claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure that the item is unworn, stain-free, unwashed, unaltered, and has the clothing tags still attached.
- Submit your return request.
- Our customer service team will contact you and provide a return shipping label for the defective item.
- Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a Gift Card or refund.

No, we do not offer embroidery personalisation on our clothes and swaddles. The reason for this is our belief that these items are intended to be passed down to younger siblings and friends. As babies grow, there is a need for more space to accommodate their current-age clothing. Generally, these outgrown clothes tend to take up a significant amount of storage. If we were to embroider the baby's information on them, it would make it difficult to pass them down and would ultimately result in wastage.
Instead, we have designed keepsake boxes for you to store anything you find worth treasuring, regardless of the brand. These boxes provide a safe and dedicated space to store items that hold sentimental value. Whether it's clothing or any other item your baby has used, our keepsake boxes are perfect for preserving those cherished memories.

Our gift wrapping service is available for RM15, which includes a premium gift box, a beautifully hand-painted gift box sleeve, and a hand-painted A6 greeting card. Make your gift extra special with our thoughtful and artistic packaging.
The reason for the charge associated with our gift wrapping service is that we offer a unique and customisable experience that goes beyond generic standard presentation gift boxes and greeting cards.
Our gift wrapping service allows you to personalise the look and feel of the gift based on your preferences. Unlike many others in the market, we provide special materials that are hand-painted by skilled artisans, offering a range of different designs for you to choose from. This level of customisation requires additional resources and materials, hence the associated charge. Yes, in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we've made the decision not to include a separate gift box for clothing items. Instead, garments will be wrapped in our branded tissue paper. For products that already come in their own packaging, we will send the item in its original box. Rest assured, each item will still be carefully wrapped and will include our complimentary greeting card.

While we currently do not offer a self-pickup service, we can make arrangements for you to collect the gift during our working hours. Please reach out to us if you require a self-pickup option, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Absolutely! We ensure that the process and final product of our clothes not only provide extra comfort but are also safe for use on babies. We are proud to have our cotton blend fabric certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and also OEKO-TEX® certified, further demonstrating their safety and quality.

GOTS and OEKO-TEX® certifications are not the same, although they both focus on ensuring the quality and safety of textile products.
While GOTS certification covers the use of organic fibers and environmentally friendly processes, it does not specifically address the absence of harmful substances in the final product. On the other hand, OEKO-TEX® certification specifically tests and verifies the absence of harmful substances in textile products.
Therefore, if a clothing item has GOTS certification but does not have OEKO-TEX® certification, it means that it meets the criteria for organic and sustainable production but has not been specifically tested for harmful substances according to the OEKO-TEX® standard.

Each box is hand-cut, so there may be variations in the wood grain and colour. This can include areas that are light or dark in colour, as well as other natural inconsistencies that are present in all wood.
